Great family style seating. The decor makes you feel at home and the place is surprisingly quiet even when they are busy. Well rounded menu and great food!

The food is pretty good. I usually get the chicken stripes and my boyfriend gets there burgers. I wish they had more selection of food but is a great place to have a good lunch.

While camping at a local state park, we decided to search for a nearby resturant where my family and I could enjoy a great dinner. Van's Burgers & Soda Bar did not disappoint. The prices are fair for the amount of food you get. I got the wings, crunchy! Wifey got the catfish sandwich, #delish and the kiddos got a hotdog, yummy. We shared an order of fries & onion rings. Blue Moon on tap and wifey ordered a Blue Hawaiian. We definitely recommend visiting this restaurant, at least once. Shout out to our server Mari for the excellence service. We are very pleased with the Chicken fried steak, baked potatoes, and salad, Van's prepared for the West Shore Baptist Church Valentine party. We picked up food for 38, it was steaming hot when we served it an hour after picking it up. The meat was quality product, prepared and cooked perfectly, No gristle. Gravey was creamy. Baked potatoes, were enormous, perfectly cooked and hot. I can't say it enough, very good job, to everyone involved.

Was so displeased with the food...placed the order ahead of time and specified it would be picked up at 6pm on the website which it was on the dot...you would think the food would be prepared closer to 6 so it would be fresh and hot or at least warm. It was All cold and buns were hard, appetizers were all cold and droopy or soggy and not breaded fully. Spent just over $100 in 3 orders for a little family get together and we were all so disgusted and disappointed. So so upset!!!

I had a great meal at Vans tonight, My fried pickles and zucchini came out hot and delicious. My Bacon cheeseburger was hot the bun was warm and the toppings were cold and crisp . The waitress was very polite and attentive. I won't be in the area long but I will be back before I leave.

Stopped by on the way back from the coast and we were glad we did. Food was great and filling. The service did well considering operating under pandemic rules.

You have to try this place out if you are a fan of Great Cheeseburgers and Cold Beer. The Staff is great and very friendly. And the best thing is the food has been the same every time I have gone there. Now that's what keeps me coming back.

I ordered food using curbside service on the way traveling down south and I LOVED their burger and curly fries. The fries were fresh and hot, the bun on the burger was really good, the burger itself was huge for its price. I parked and called the store, and within 5 minutes I was back on the road with my order. I highly recommend this restaurant. Thank you guys!

The Crispy Chicken Sandwich is very good. Nice sized, and crispy like advertised. The Fried Mushrooms are very good as well. The Treasure Chest is Awesome, very nice portions.

It was a Friday night and my kids and I were traveling to Corpus from San Antonio. Needed a place to eat something besides fast food and this popped up on Google just when everybody was "starving and couldn't wait any longer). The place was very busy (which is awesome for business). It took quite awhile to place our food order (over 20 minutes) and we waited another 30 for 2 Pirate Burgers, a Wedge Salad, and a plate of Fish Tacos. 😔 Food quality was not impressive. Basic ingredients. Our waitress was young and apologized frequently for being (obviously) overtaxed with tables, and it appeared she was in training. Completely understandable how all factors played into the situation, we just really hoped to get back on the road before dark, but were delayed. I don't think we will go back for another visit.

This place has a nice atmosphere. They are currently social distancing. Good service and great foods. The wings however were definitely over fried and hard this time but I recomend this place!

Food was pretty much cold by the time we got it. We waited almost an hour just to get out food and it wasn't the entire order. Wings were only half coated in sauce and over all I just wasn't pleased with the service or the food. It is over priced for the quality and service.

Great atmosphere for any crowd. Large tables to accommodate big groups. Food is delicious. The menu is large and Prices very reasonable. Service very friendly. Restroom was clean. Our local favorite for sure.

Every meal I've eaten at this restaurant has been outstanding! The cooks definitely know what they are doing! If you love seafood, it's a must try it! Burgers? The best I've had! The prices are great! You won't go away hungry! A 5+++ star rating for these guys!

A hidden gem, not too far off the beaten path. Food was delicious and portions were large. No dine-in since Rona but friendly and fast service more than makes up for this slight inconvenience. Highly recommend!
